In 1992 we started our Cheviot flock. We chose the Border Cheviots because we admired their beauty and hardiness. It has been a good decision for us. Not only are our Cheviots pretty in the showring but they go on to be very productive mothers.
Since 2004 we have been enhancing our Cheviot flock. We have added rams and an elite group of ewes that are enriched with genetics from Wilt Brothers Cheviots, Willerton, Running S Bar, Remmert, and Heatherwood. To date the ewes have proven themselves to be excellent producers with great mothering ability. The ram, we call "Dignity", is siring some of the most consistent long bodied, pretty headed lambs we have ever raised.
